Acquisition of Eurotech Planavision by NCS SYSTEMS

We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Eurotech Planavision by NCS SYSTEMS.

Eurotech Planavision specializes in the design and manufacturing of embedded monitors ranging from 5.7" up to 32", compliant with standards and qualifications for the Transport (EN-50155 & E-mark), Naval (IEC-60945), and Defense (MIL-STD 810G & Tempest) industry. As an expert in video signal processing, the company designs the mechanics of the provided solutions, develops its own electronic boards, thereby mastering the design and firmware to ensure technological sovereignty.

This acquisition marks a significant step in our growth strategy, strengthening our expertises and expanding our product range. Eurotech Planavision’s expertise in the design and manufacturing of monitors will greatly enhance our capabilities and enable us to better meet our clients' needs. NCS SYSTEMS aims to expand its design office to develop custom solutions and extend its range up to 85".

This is our first acquisition aligned with our strategy, and we intend to continue our development to offer ever more innovative and high-performance solutions.
